The picture of Kellyanne Conway on the Oval Workplace couch sparked a debate on social media

Senior White Home adviser Kellyanne Conway has sparked a social media storm after photos emerged of her kneeling on the couch within the Oval Workplace together with her sneakers on.

Ms Conway is seen clutching her telephone as US President Donald Trump poses with leaders of traditionally black schools and universities.

Twitter customers accused her of “disrespect”.

Ms Conway was taking her personal photographs on the time.

“That is no technique to act within the Folks’s Oval Workplace,” tweeted one person of the social media web site.

“Consider all the nice individuals who sat on that sofa and put your toes down,” wrote one other.

The photographs led some to query Ms Conway’s physique language, suggesting that she was not taking the assembly on Monday critically.
