Jarvis Cocker’s BBC 6 Music present will end on the finish of December, the Pulp frontman has introduced.
His weekly Sunday Service programme was launched in January 2010.
Cocker, who has periodically taken breaks from his radio present to pursue different tasks, has been absent from it since July.
He’ll return to current 5 final programmes, ending on 31 December. From 7 January, the slot can be stuffed by Amy Lame for a brand new present.
Cockersaid: “It isn’t goodbye, it is simply farewell.
