At the very least one individual has been killed and about 20 injured when a practice carriage fell on to its aspect following a derailment near the Belgian capital Brussels, railway officers say.
The accident occurred because the practice was departing Leuven station at a gradual pace heading in the direction of the capital.
Emergency providers have been fast to reach on the scene of the crash, which occurred at 12:20 GMT on Saturday.
The broken carriage could possibly be seen on its aspect half method down a slope.
Providers between Leuven and Brussels have been suspended, officers say.
Last June at least three people were killed and nine injured in a practice crash within the city of Hermalle-sous-Huy, close to Liege.
In February 2010, 18 individuals have been killed when two passenger trains collided at Halle, south-west of the capital, Brussels.
